Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois
The Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois (CLII) was established to advance the collaborative practice as a conflict resolution option in Illinois. CLII's goal is to provide information about the advantages of collaborative divorce and recommend experienced professionals to guide divorcing couples through the collaborative process, saving both time and money in legal matters. Attorneys accepted to CLII must have a high ethical standard, ongoing training and commitment to the collaborative process, the children's best interests in mind, and treat each client with privacy and respect regarding out-of-court settlements.
Illinois State Bar Association
The Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) is a premier legal organization made up of over 30,000 attorney volunteers. The Association is dedicated to assisting Illinois lawyers in the practice of law and promotes improvements to the administration of justice.
